Brioni House idea was to create house with different ambients. Ground floor, used for living, dinning and kitchen is organized around outside terrace with pergola looking towards pool. First floor is used for bedrooms with view on the sea. Using hidden outside stairs it is possible to access to rooftop terrace with an amazing view towards Brioni National Park.
Concept for Fontaine House was to create impression of the sinked house. This is the reason why the pool is close to facade of kitchen, dinning and living area, which slab is lowered under the top level of swimming pool. First floor is reserved for bedrooms with. Rooftop terrace with its barbecue area allows amazing view on the sea and the city of Poreč.
Location of House C defined its spatial organization. As it is located on the hill overviewing Lake Constance, all living areas are located to maximize view, and bring the lake inside the house.
